Delivery at a glance

A clearer route to your door

Shipping water-sports equipment can involve compact accessories, inflatable products, long watercraft, protective apparel, and multi-piece sets. SeaMotion coordinates the method around the size, weight, handling needs, and destination of each order.

01

Every product ships free

No minimum order value is required for free standard shipping on eligible SeaMotion deliveries.

02

Delivery is estimated

Orders are expected within 3–5 calendar days after successful confirmation under normal conditions.

03

Tracking follows dispatch

Available tracking information is sent to the email address entered during checkout after carrier processing begins.

04

Orders may arrive separately

Large watercraft and smaller accessories from one order may use different packages, carriers, or delivery times.

Compact inflatable equipment and larger rigid gear may require different packaging and carrier methods.

Free standard shipping

Included with every product

SeaMotion provides free standard shipping on all products delivered to eligible United States addresses. The service level and carrier are selected according to package size, destination, access, and safe handling requirements.

  • Free standard shipping applies without a minimum purchase requirement.
  • Kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, towables, racks, carts, and other oversized products may use specialized or large-package delivery services.
  • Masks, fins, apparel, life jackets, games, pumps, repair items, and other compact products may travel through standard parcel networks.
  • Different products within the same order may be packaged and dispatched separately.
  • Separate shipments do not create an additional standard shipping charge.
  • Some carrier-restricted, remote, island, military, freight-forwarding, or oversized destinations may not support delivery of every product.
  • If a confirmed destination cannot be served, SeaMotion will provide the available cancellation, substitution, or refund resolution.

The order route

Four stages from checkout to delivery

An order moves through confirmation, preparation, carrier dispatch, and final delivery. Email updates use the contact information supplied during checkout.

01

Order Confirmation

After checkout is completed successfully, SeaMotion records the selected products, delivery address, contact information, payment status, and applied discounts.

02

Order Preparation

The order is reviewed, matched to available inventory, prepared for transit, and assigned to a suitable package and carrier method.

03

Carrier Dispatch

When the shipment enters carrier processing, available tracking details are sent by email. The first scan may take time to appear.

04

Final Delivery

The carrier completes delivery at the confirmed address or follows its procedure for access, safe placement, signature, notice, or another attempt.

Large and multi-piece equipment

Different gear travels differently

Water-sports orders can include products with very different dimensions. A rigid kayak, folded inflatable board, life jacket, paddle, pump, fin set, or rack may each require a distinct packaging method.

  • Large products may arrive separately from accessories even when purchased in one checkout.
  • A single order can receive more than one tracking number.
  • One package arriving first does not necessarily mean the remaining item is missing.
  • Oversized packages may require clear property access, a suitable placement area, or recipient availability.
  • Carriers may not carry large packages through stairs, gates, narrow entrances, or restricted building areas.
  • Inspect long cartons, reinforced corners, straps, seals, and product surfaces before discarding packaging.
  • Do not assemble, inflate, mount, launch, or use equipment that appears damaged or incomplete.

Long watercraft require protected surfaces, secure support points, and handling suited to their shape.

Delivery by product type

What to expect by category

Packaging, carrier handling, and arrival checks vary across watercraft, inflatables, apparel, safety equipment, recreation products, and transport accessories.

Watercraft

Kayaks, canoes, and rigid paddle boards

These products may use long reinforced cartons or protective wraps. Inspect the full hull, nose, tail, rails, handles, fittings, seating areas, and included components before use.

Inflatables

Boards, kayaks, tubes, towables, and loungers

Inflatable products are often packed compactly with pumps, valves, fins, leashes, repair pieces, or bags. Confirm every listed part before inflation and retain packaging until inspection is complete.

Body Gear

Masks, fins, wetsuits, rash guards, and water shoes

Review size, color, quantity, seals, tags, lenses, straps, closures, and hygiene packaging before removing labels or wearing the product in water.

Safety

Life jackets and flotation equipment

Check labels, size range, closures, foam condition, straps, stitching, buckles, and activity suitability. Do not use an item with compression damage, cuts, contamination, or missing information.

Beach Gear

Chairs, umbrellas, canopies, mats, games, and coolers

Confirm frames, poles, fabric, anchors, fasteners, handles, wheels, game pieces, and accessories before taking the product outdoors.

Transport

Racks, carts, straps, pumps, and repair equipment

Compare model compatibility, attachment hardware, load ratings, adapters, tools, wheels, fasteners, and included instructions before installation.

Prepare a clear path and suitable help before moving long, heavy, or awkward equipment from the delivery area.

Address and arrival readiness

Prepare the destination before delivery

Accurate checkout information and a ready delivery area help protect the order from avoidable delays, failed attempts, rerouting, or exposure after arrival.

  • Enter the recipient name, street number, apartment or suite, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and phone number accurately.
  • Add essential gate, reception, access, or building instructions when the checkout allows them.
  • Request address corrections immediately because changes are not guaranteed after preparation begins.
  • Confirm that the destination can receive the length, width, weight, and package count of the ordered equipment.
  • Arrange help before lifting or carrying large watercraft, racks, canopies, carts, or heavy multi-piece packages.
  • Choose a dry, protected location for parcels that may arrive when no one is present.
  • Do not use the SeaMotion business address as a delivery redirection or return address unless our support team gives written instructions.

Tracking and delivery updates

Read each status in context

Carrier tracking is useful, but scans do not always appear in real time. Review the package count, tracking number, latest event, and revised delivery window before reporting a shipment as delayed or missing.

Label created

Tracking may begin before movement

A carrier label can be generated before the package receives its first physical scan. Allow time for the shipment to enter the carrier network and for tracking to update.

In transit

The route may include several facilities

Packages may move through sorting centers, transfer points, regional hubs, or specialized handling networks. Temporary gaps between scans do not always indicate a problem.

Out for delivery

Keep the delivery area accessible

Secure pets, open necessary access points, watch for signature requirements, and ensure the carrier has a safe route to the delivery location.

Delivered

Check the property before reporting loss

Review the carrier image or notice, entrances, reception desk, parcel room, household members, neighbors, and other safe placement areas associated with the address.

Exception

Follow the revised carrier instruction

Weather, access, address, damage, capacity, or transportation events can create an exception. Review the updated estimate and any action requested by the carrier.

Split shipment

One order can have several arrivals

Compare each tracking number with the shipped products. A delivered accessory does not confirm that a separately packed kayak, board, rack, or canopy has also arrived.

Delivery support

Know what to do when plans change

SeaMotion provides 24/7 customer support availability for delivery questions, address concerns, tracking issues, missing packages, damaged cartons, incorrect products, or incomplete orders.

Preserve the package, labels, internal protection, product, and included components until the issue is reviewed. Photographs and complete order details help the support process move more efficiently.

Delivery issue checklist

  • Confirm the order number and recipient name.
  • Review every tracking number connected to the order.
  • Check the latest carrier scan and revised delivery estimate.
  • Search the property, reception area, parcel room, and safe placement locations.
  • Ask household members or authorized recipients whether they accepted the package.
  • Photograph visible carton damage before opening the shipment.
  • Photograph the shipping label, internal packaging, product, and affected area.
  • Keep all packaging, accessories, manuals, and components together.
  • Do not inflate, install, assemble, repair, wash, launch, or use a damaged or incorrect product.
  • Report missing parts by name and compare them with the listing or instruction manual.
  • Keep the package secure until SeaMotion provides the available next step.
